The secret to the fire effect is the very different flash rates of the 3 LEDs, giving a realistically random effect.
For dollhouse scale fireplace fires, we like to use the 5mm Fire size. The bulbs give a great warm glow to the whole fireplace!
For structure fires, where a whole floor or more of the building is engulfed in flames, we use 2 or even 3 packs of the 5mm Fire LED's to get things really looking lively.
There is no circuit board needed for this. It is a pack of 3 LED lights.
