These will fit ALL BMW E46's including Coupe, Convertible, Sedan, and Touring
Convertible will need a unique motion sensor that is expensive and rare. Tilt and siren will work as expected.
You will need to code the alarm after a simple installation (see YouTube videos) using NCS Expert or BMW Scanner. I recommend BMW Scanner as the affordable option.
