Antique Snuff Box Gutta Percha Early 1850 Damage. Condition is "Used". Large snuff box, mourning case momento holder with bask weave, flowers and complex patterns. Very early circa 1850. Chip to outside. Measures 3.75" x .75". Two haves fit correctly. I am currently downsizing my collection so please see my additional items for sale. DESCRIPTION: Here is an interesting old / early snuff box with silver (I think they're silver, but are not marked), bands and hinges and opener. It's mainly black lacquer. I found no maker markings.

CONDITION: Generally very good condition and shiny black surface with any nominal wear or aging as seen. Hinge snap is ok but not real tight.
