A charming victorian paper mache floral black snuff box in the shape of a shoe. The shoe measures 3 1/4" length,1" wide, 1 1/2" H. In very good condition with opening (hinge) opening and closing tight. The only thing to note as seen in the pictures is some paint loss on the sole and heel of the shoe and one tiny nick on the back of the lid.Wonderful Victorian snuff box to have survived in this condition for its age.Thank You!

For sale is an
Antique 18th Century Copper & Brass Tobacco Box - Marked Hamer FEC - Rare.
I do not know a whole lot about this piece. Its condition is worn, but considering its age, its fairly decent. It has depictions of Asia, Africa, Europe, and America. It is made of brass and copper, the lid opening and functions nicely. I have seen very similar ones with various makers and places of origin, so I'll let the buyer be the judge of that. It is marked on the lid "HAMER FEC," not sure who that is or what that means. I have not tried to clean this piece in anyway, it looks like it could use some though.
See photos to assess the condition further. Use your judgement on this piece. Enjoy!
I try my best to examine and point out any flaws the material might have. I am selling this piece as is.
