An antique tortoise shell with gold trim and inlay, tested as 9 ct.  No monogram.  Hinged lid to remove the ladies patch or beauty marks, or for snuff.  Measures 3.75" wide x 1.75".  Has had a repair on one end, looks like an older repair, but looks good.  Thanks for looking.
