You are purchasing Clare Bell Brass Light Hurricane Wall Sconce Starburst Electric Dollhouse Vintage. This is made by Clare Bell, it has the marks on the back, this is earlier clare bell from my moms old dollhouse store stock from 1970s-early 90s. In their catalog its called Hurricane Wall Sconce with Sunburst Back Clear Glass Chimney. Very pretty light which hangs on the wall. It has copper wires no prong and I know nothing about how to convert to test them. Bulb might need to be changed as it is vintage. There is minor tarnish to the metal from age and minor wear. Glass is good only minimal scratches. The starburst needs to be waxed or glued back to the pipe part I can see the old glue residue dried out from age and made it loose.Measurements are in the photos. It is a displayable vintage light.
