These transformers have straight blade pins and are designed primarily for the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, as well as certain other countries, such as Japan.
Cir-Kit plug-in transformers provide a safe and convenient power source for any dollhouse or miniature room.
All Cir-Kit Concepts' transformers are designed to plug directly into a powered outlet, thus eliminating the need of building a special transformer enclosure within the dollhouse.
Cir- Kit DC output transformers are a marked improvement over our prior AC models.
They provide a steady 12 volt output, whereas the AC style had a higher output voltage with light loads and a lower voltage at heavy loads.
The higher voltage was hard on bulbs and the lower voltage resulted in dimmer lights. The DC transformers are completely solid state allowing a constant 12 volts at all load levels.
They also have many safety features including short circuit and current overload protection. They are virtually burn-out proof.
The all electronic design also results in a much improved efficiency over that of AC versions.

Cir-Kit Concepts has made it so ceiling fixtures can be made removable using the ceiling plate that is part of most chandelier/ceiling fixture designs.
The secret of these adapters lies in the use of specially designed spring-loaded eyelets. These eyelets firmly grasp the adapter and securely hold the chandelier/ceiling fixture to the ceiling. Tests have shown them capable of holding fixtures in excess of four ounces. Most chandeliers/ceiling fixtures weigh in at less than an ounce.
The brass-plated finish and flush fit results in a matching and beautifully coordinated ceiling plate assembly. When attached they will, in most instances, appear as an integral part of the chandelier/ceiling fixture plate itself.
Just remember, you needn't perform major surgery to make your chandelier/ceiling fixture a plug-in. All that's necessary is a Cir-Kit Concepts' chandelier/ceiling fixture adapter.
2 Special spring-loaded eyelets (CK1023-6) are included with each adapter. These eyelets grip the adapter plug and ensure a tight fit against the wall.
