This ceiling lamp has a plastic base to the shade covered by a red-fabric shade, typical of the vintage dollhouse lamps. The diameter is 1.5” and length is 2”. It is shown in my oldest DK catalog, which, unfortunately is not dated, with the catalog #414, but in the 1986 catalog it is labelled #2242. It is in VERY GOOD visual condition, cord, bulb, and plug intact. But it is wired with a type of plug shown in German dollhouse wiring systems, that I have no way of testing unless I completely re-wire it for a 1:15-scale system. I do have the parts to such a 1:12 system also listed on ebay, but I have chosen not to electrify my DK vintage houses since I no longer have the fine-motor skills necessary to do it. I toyed with the idea of removing the wiring and just using this lamp decoratively, but I think it is a shame to do that to a vintage DK piece.
